Zambia - mothers attend as a group for mutual support
Mothers and their children in the ADD Zambia clinic. The mothers come once a week and meet as a group. The physiotherapist sees each child in turn and shows the mother how to work with her child in a way that will help the child to be able to play and to hold new positions. Community workers visit the mothers at home and helps them if they are having difficulties. The Apters provide chairs and standing frames that the physiotherapists request.
