Children who push back a lot have great difficulty learning to sit and use their hands

A participant on a physiotherapy course in Zambia learns how to hold a child who tends to push her head backwards most of the time. If she is held in this way she will be more easy to place in the special chair that has been made for her. The chair tips her forwards and holds her knees and this reduces her tendency to push backwards.
